The main objective of “The Professional Behind the Shield”
series is to provide Law Enforcement personnel and professionals
in the field of Security with the necessary tools needed to
deal with conflict and the strategies, tactics,

decision making capabilities that are essential in detecting,
avoiding, defusing and resolving conflicts.
